    The products of the company have sold to the market in Europe, USA and Southeast Asia, applied in the industry of electronics, ceramics, paper making, automobile and aerospace. The product demands for these products have been increased continuously. Many small domestic enterprises had to stop their production because of their small scale and high costs. So there are lots of opportunities for this project. This company plans to set up a production line that is capable of producing 20,000 tons of Zirconium Oxide Chloride annually. The market prospect is very broad.
Plan of Implementation: The project plans to build a Zirconium Oxide Chloride production line with annual producing capability of 20,000 tons.
Financial Evaluation: The total investment of the project amounts to RMB 70 million, of which RMB 50 million are fixed assets and working capitals RMB 20 million.

Status of Chinese Counterpart: Shenghua Group Huzhou Zirconium Technology Co., Ltd. Owns assets of RMB 76.77 million, with number of employees 400 in which 87 are technical specialists, covering a land area of 50,000 square meters and building floorages of 20,000 square meters. 85% of the products made by the company are for exporting. The company has certified to ISO9002 and ISO14001.
