Project Background and Conditions:
    The medical bio-dressing is made of carapace element which is a special kind of cellulose. The bio-dressing can be applied either by physicians or by surgeons. There is no any emission in the production process, which meets the environmental requirements.
Project Progress: The product development has been completed. The project was proposed by the county and reported to the province for approval.
Plan of Implementation: The project will produce 6 million rolls of medical biodressings, with a total investment of USD 15 million and the investment amount in the first phase USD 2 million.
Financial Evaluation: The annual production value for the first phase of the project is RMB 37 million and the investment will be paid off in three years.

Status of Chinese Partner: Anji Sunshine Medical Products Co., Ltd. established in 1994 is a member of Zhejiang Provincial Association of Medical Instrument Industry. The company mainly produces medical dressings, partly exported to the international market. In 2000 the company was certified to CE and ISO9002. Now the company employs 180 staff, total assets RMB 26 million.
