Project Background and Conditions:
    Anji is known as the bamboo town of China and covered by 1 million mu of bamboo forests. The annual output of marketable bamboos is listed on the top in China and its bamboo industry is very developed. The bamboo charcoals are made from wasted bamboos which are rich in supplies. The production technology of bamboo charcoal processing is mature and the products are widely applied.
Project Progress: The product is patented by the state.
Plan of Implementation: The project will produce 4,000 tons bamboo charcoals and their products annually, total investment USD 2 million.
Financial Evaluation: The investment will be paid off in four years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We seek the foreign partner who is able to input capitals and market.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese party can contribute their workshops, technology and market etc. to the joint venture.
Status of Chinese Partner: Anji Huayu Bamboo Charcoals Co., Ltd. established in 2001 mainly produces bamboo charcoals and their series products. Now the company employs 80 staff and produces 1,000 tons annually with the sales income in 2004 RMB 12 million.
