Project Background and Conditions:
    The products of this project bamboo are art crafts, bamboo mats, bamboo panels and bamboo furniture etc. Now the domestic and foreign market have a high demand for these products. But there is no major producer who has a famed brand. Most of the producers only work in the form of family workshops.
Project Progress: Our project will be supported by the preferential policy from the local government and a survey for the bamboo resources and market price has been made.
Plan of Implementation: The factory under planning covers a land of 15,000 m2 with a building area of 5,000 m2 and will be a medium sized enterprise with an annual turnover of RMB 10 million.
Financial Evaluation: The total investment amounts USD 2.5 million, annual sales RMB 12 million and annual profits RMB 4-5 million. The investment will be paid off in four years.
Co-operation Form: Foreign Wholly Owned or Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We seek the foreign partner who is able to input capitals, technology and production equipment and brand. The related service such as project ratification and registration, land requisition etc. will be our duties.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese party has invested RMB 1 million to build a new factory of 500 m2, mainly produces bamboo art crafts. The current marketing situations of the company are satisfactory and now we prepare to expand the production and upgrade the product, make the product brand sound.
Status of Chinese Partner: The project, located at Miaoxi town, Huzhou, enjoys easy access. The surrounding area is rich in bamboo resources. Therefore the raw materials of the project can be supplied locally, which will reduce production and shipping costs. This project is developed through taking the advantages of local resources.
