Project Background and Conditions:
Zhili Town is known as the biggest distribution center of cotton textiles and the capital of childrenĄ¯s clothes in China. Many merchants gather there and the town is very busy. But at this time there is no any highly starred hotel in Zhili and its neighboring area and this canĄ¯t meet the customersĄ¯ demands for a better hotel.
Project Progress: Most of the project and its infrastructure facilities have been completed and now the project is at the final fitment of its interiors.
Plan of Implementation: The hotel site is selected at the golden location with a total construction area of 15,000 m2. The lake, green land and parking lot in the exterior of the hotel cover an area of 11,000 m2. The hotel is built with a five star standard.
Financial Evaluation: The total cost of the project is USD 12 million. After the hotel puts into operation, it will have an annual income of RMB 30 million with an annual profit of RMB 10 million. The payoff period is about 8 to 10 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture of Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The cash input from the investors is sought.
Status of Chinese Partner: The developer Zhejiang Huzhou Dongsheng Group is a large privately owned enterprise with a total asset of RMB 200 million, annual profits of RMB 10 million and employee number of 350. The company engages in real estate development, hotel and education development etc.
