Project Background and Conditions:
    Huzhou Yueqiu Motors Company based in Nanxun, Huzhou is the biggest motor manufacturer in Zhejiang province and it produces 30% of the total motor output in China. The company is looking for the partners to expand its production and open new market at home and abroad.
Project Progress: The company has proposed the feasibility study report for the project.
Plan of Implementation: The project will newly build a workshop with a building area of 56,000 m2.
Financial Evaluation: The total investment USD 10 million will be paid off in 5 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The company is responsible for purchasing land, installing water and power supply equipment. The investment promotion bureau will assist in the project approval.
Status of Chinese Partner: Huzhou Yueqiu Motors Company is a specialized manufacturer of special miniature motors, annually producing 5 million sets of household motors including tube shaped motors and auto air-conditioning motors, with an annual production value of RMB 250 million. Having honored the titles of Zhejiang Provincial High and New Technology Enterprise, the Creditable Unit of Zhejiang Province and Huzhou Municipal Creditable Enterprise, the production scale and sales of the company are ranked front in the domestic motor industry.
