Project Background and Conditions:
    The company plans to expand the production to meet the growing market demand and fully takes the advantages of itself. While the Chinese power industry experiences rapid development and the market demand for low voltage apparatus grows continuously, the company has enhanced its technology input and adjust its product structure by dynamically adopting the new technology. The products need to evolve from the basic type to the intelligent type. We decide to expand the existing production since our products are competitive in terms of performances and prices and the company is well known and influential in the domestic market. We will open the international market dynamically after implementing this project. Several series of new products were developed recently by the company and will be put into the market recently. Nowadays the new products are appraised by the related authorities of the state.
Project Progress: The project proposal has been drawn up.
Plan of Implementation: The project newly acquisitioned a land of 20 mu and will build a new workshop with a building area of 15,000 m2, with total investment of USD 4.5 million.
Financial Evaluation: Estimated the investment will be paid off in 3 ¨C 5 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese party will contribute its existing land, workshops and production equipment to the joint venture.
Status of Chinese Partner: Huzhou Feiling Electrical Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing low voltage apparatus and the main products are RMW1 series intelligent controllers and DW15 series circuit breakers.
