Project Background and Conditions:
    The company based in Nanxun Economic Development Zone, is an important player in the China elevator market. The company owns strong technical expertise and advanced production equipment. As one of the most attractive markets of elevators, the Made-in-China has become an advantage to promote the elevator product to the world market. Now we are seeking partnership with a famous foreign elevator manufacturer who can contribute its famous brand, so as to provide innovative products with reasonable prices and serve the customers satisfactorily.
Project Progress: The feasibility study report has been proposed.
Plan of Implementation: The project will invest USD 6 million to expand the existing production. Now the factory covers a land of 15,000 m2, with a building area of 9,000 m2.
Financial Evaluation: The investment will be paid off in 5 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We seek the foreign partner inputs their brand and assists in the product development.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese party are responsible for the project approval, registration and other formalities etc.
Status of Chinese Partner: Zhejiang Yili Elevators Co., Ltd. is a privately owned joint-stock enterprise and mainly engages in manufacturing elevations of various types. The factory is equipped with modern production machines and testing devices including NC panel cutters, NC benders and NC sheet punchers and NC presses etc. The company produces more than 2,000 elevators annually and the products have been sold to the major cities in China. The company has passed the second grade technical acceptance from the state and certified to ISO9000.
