Project Background and Conditions:
    In order to give the full play of the advantages that the company have in textile, printing and dyeing as well as textile trade, further forge the ¡°Mizuda¡± garment brand, we plan to implement the ¡°Mizuda¡± garment production project to extend the production chain of the company, and expand the company size.
Project Progress: The early stage construction has been completed.
Plan of Implementation: The project plans to build a production base with an annual output of 3 million pieces of garment, total investment RMB 80 million.
Financial Evaluation: The project after putting into operation will achieve an annual production value of RMB 600 million and realize profit and tax RMB 52 million. The investment will be paid off in 5 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We are looking for the international partner who engages in garment production, marketing and management and is willing to input their capitals, technologies and market, and open the world and domestic garment market together with us.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: We can contribute our brand ¡°Mizuda¡±, raw material supply, existing production facilities to the joint venture that will enjoy preferential tax policy from Huzhou High and New Technology Development Zone.
Status of Chinese Partner: Mizuda Group started its business in printing and dyeing industry 12 years ago and now the company has diversified its business. Its business of printing and dyeing has been public listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market since August 2004. Mizhuda has been regarded as the famous Chinese brand.
