Project Background and Conditions:
    Building Automation has been developed rapidly in the world and now it becomes the mainstream of architectural development in the 21st century. With the development of China¡¯s economy and reform of state housing system in recent years, people have improved their living standards and more information technology comes into their family. Now this industry is still at the early stage, and only a few of enterprises involve. The production size is small and now there is no any nationwide brand emerged yet. The X10 power line carrier wave technology now is still under development and testing stage.
Project Progress: The company has successfully developed QS1188 digital intelligent terminals which integrate X-10 technology, GPRS technology, radio frequency technology and infrared technology. The product has powerful functions and excellent performance. We have applied for nine patents and four of them were approved. The product has passed the science and technology product appraisal from Zhejaing province and was awarded the title of Zhejiang provincial high and new technology product.
Plan of Implementation: The company newly built the R&D building, experimental building, workshops, testing center, demonstration center and relevant auxiliary facilities.
Financial Evaluation: The project will invest RMB 30 million to achieve an annual output of 20,000 intelligent terminals, sales income of RMB 160 million, profit and tax of RMB 25 million (net profit RMB 20 million).
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We seek the foreign partner who can input capitals and advanced intelligent technology.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: We will contribute our technical force, production equipment and workshop and testing device to the joint venture.

By supported by Zhejiang University National Laboratory of Information and Telecommunication Engineering, the company takes the competitive advantages of its powerful R&D force. The latest high technology drives the company to innovate continuously. The company masters the information demand in the information age and required by information family and develops the-state-of-art products through engineering innovation, and has successfully promoted the ¡°Yidiansheng¡± branded household digital intelligent terminals and household intelligent series products which are known as world advanced and a pioneer in the domestic market. The company also brings forward the new concepts of digital intelligent household system which is based on family network and non-PC platform terminal.
