Project Background and Conditions:
    It is a state industrial policy to develop bamboo decorative panels. The related products are widely welcomed in the present international market. The market prospect is bright. The project sponsor will contribute its 10,000 m2 standard workshop for the prospective joint venture.
Plan of Implementation: Plan to produce 1 million m2high grade bamboo decorative panels.
Financial Evaluation: The total investment of the project is USD 4 million, in which the foreign counterpart will contribute USD 2.5 million. The investment will be paid off within 5 or 6 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Status of Chinese Counterpart: Moganshan Bamboo Decorative Panels Factory is the biggest specialized manufacturer for the related products in China. The facilities cover a land area of more than 87,000 m2, total assets RBM 68 million, number of employees 145, of which technical specialists 50.
