Project Background and Conditions:
    The bamboo town of China ¨C Anji has, at the economic radiation center of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, experienced a soaring growth in the county economy, particularly in the foreign oriented economy. The annual growth rate of the export volume on its own account in Anji county has been achieved 78% in recent years. Now there are more than 200 foreign invested ventures in the county. The county population is 450,000, in which 100,000 is the urban population in the county town. With the economic development, the existing retail shops and commercial facilities has been unable to meet the demands and it needs to introduce the supermarket and franchise shops famous at home and abroad. The office building and commercial center are also none in the county and there are demands for those as many of the foreign invested ventures and foreign trade companies in the county has desires to rent or even buy office buildings in the county town.
Project Progress: Baihui Plaza Complex has started its construction since June 2004 and it is planned to be finished in August 2005.
Plan of Implementation: Baihui Plaza Complex sites at the busy downtown of the county city and is built with a four star standard, with the total construction area of 39,000 m2 and 19 floors, 13 elevators and 240 parking berths and 5,000 m2 outdoor square, in which the first to third floor is large shopping malls, the fourth to sixth floor is restaurant and recreational center, above seven floor are the guest rooms and offices. The total investment of the project is USD 20 million.
Financial Evaluation: The feasibility study report is available upon request. The financial evaluation has been done in the feasibility study.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The project will enjoy the preferential policy for foreign invested ventures stipulated by the local government.
Status of Chinese Partner: Anji Baihui Commerce Co., Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise engaging in retailing sector, with total assets of RMB 70 million and employee number of 186. The company has been honored several times the titles of the advanced private enterprise, star enterprise, creditable unit and consumer trustable unit of Zhejiang province.
