Project Background and Conditions:
    Anji is known as the bamboo town of China and covered by 1 million mu of bamboo forests. The annual output of marketable bamboos is listed on the top in China and its bamboo industry is very developed. The bamboo vinegar liquid is a product abstracted from the wasted bamboos whose supplies are very rich in Anji. This project is the scientific project listed by Zhejaing province in 2004, which has filled the domestic gap and its technology level remains advanced internationally.
Project Progress: The mid-test has been completed and the raw material product been exported already. Part of the products are pending approval from the government.
Plan of Implementation: The first phase of the project will invest USD 3 million to produce 5,000 tons bamboo vinegar liquid deep processing products.
Financial Evaluation: The investment can be paid off in two years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The Chinese party desire the foreign partner input capitals and it may hold more than 50% of shares in the joint venture.
Status of Chinese Partner: Anji Shuangwen Technology Co., Ltd. established in 2001 and produces 1,500 tons bamboo vinegar liquid annually and all products export to Japan, Korea and Taiwan as industrial raw material. The production equipment and techniques are patented by the company.
