Project Background and Conditions:
    The site of the logistics project is selected at the Mt. Mogan Economic and Technology Development Zone and at the exit of hangzhou-Nanjing Expressway. It is on the north of the No. 9 provincial highway and on the east 2 kilometers away from the railway and on the west of Buxi River. It only takes 15 minutes to drive to Huzhou. The site is easily accessible either by land or by waterway, with a specific location advantage.
    In the overall plan in which hangzhou will be developed into a medium sized city and its commercial network design outline, this area has been designed as an important center of storage and logistics.
Project Progress:
    The planned area for the logistics project covers 600 mu and it will be built into a comprehensive storage and logistics base before 2005. At this time there are a few logistics enterprises engaged in the business of building materials have entered to the planned area.
Plan of Implementation: The total investment of the project is between RMB 500 ¨C 600 million.
