Project Background and Conditions:
   he holiday resort is, where the gingko garden has been aged for more than hundreds of years, 8 kilometers away from the county town of Changxing, enjoying easy access and with an obvious location advantage. It is also an important center for transit in the county. Badoujie is endowed with a unique and rich resource of eco-tourism, where the green mountains, clean streams and more interestingly the gingko forest of 12.5 kilometers long decorate the landscapes, featuring originality, wildness and wonder. In the gingko garden there 5,000 gingko trees aged for more than a hundred years and 2,370 with more than three hundred years old, which demonstrates a long corridor of wild gingko trees.
Plan of Implementation: The planned project will build the recreational facilities with 20,000 m2, a featured vacation park and ancient ecological park and restaurant etc.
Financial Evaluation: The total investment of the project is estimated USD 20 million.
Co-operation Form: Foreign Wholly Owned, Joint Venture or Cooperative
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese counterpart will assist in arranging the relevant administrative formalities.
