Project Background and Conditions:
    The project site is located at the core area of the Taihu Lake ring development zone in Changxing County and the geographical center of Shanghai, Nanjing and hangzhou triangle region. The selected site confronts the vast Taihu Lake and leans on the continuous green mountains. The landscape is so beautiful and it¡¯s really a place for holding high profile conferences and activities in which the three treasures of Taihu Lake can be served as well. The development prospects of this project are broad.
Project Progress: The proposed project has been listed in the Taihu Lake Basin Development Planning.
Plan of Implementation: The total investment of the project is estimated USD 50 million.
Co-operation Form: Foreign Wholly Owned, Joint Venture or Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The project will build an international conference center which hosts high profile conference and exhibition, offers entertainment and holiday-spending for the tourists, and the project will meet the demands for the development of the urban circle in the Yangtze River Delta region.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese counterpart will assist in arranging the administrative formalities in set-up of the project and offer policy consulting.
