Industry: Commerce Project Background and Conditions: The rapid development of the county economy has enabled it to rise in the top hundred counties with comprehensive strengths of China. But this time the county doesnĄ¯t have any large shop or supermarket with an operating area of 5,000 m2. Changxing county where the project will be is at the northern part of Zhejiang province and it borders Jiangsu and Anhui two provinces, on the east it faces Taihu Lake and on the south it neighbors hangzhou. The location advantages are obvious. Project Progress: The project started its construction on November 18, 2004 and will be completed by November 2005. Plan of Implementation: The total construction area of the project is 25,778 m2, with a total investment of RMB 45 million. The implementation of the project includes the development of the market complex, lease-out and the development of ordinary housing. Co-operation Form: Transfer and lease-out Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The market complex and other facilities can be transferred and leased. Status of Chinese Partner: With the establishment in July 2003, Changxing Wanshan-Shihu Property Co., Ltd. is engaged in the development and management of market complex and their leasing, management service and real estate development, registering USD 15 million of capitals.
