Industry: Hotel Project Background and Conditions: Zhili Town between Huzhou City and Nanxun District is only about ten minute drive to reach both of them. It is known as the capital of childrenĄ¯s clothes in China and many merchants gather there and the town is very busy. There are nearly 10,000 sewers who make childrenĄ¯s clothes and textile sellers in the town and Zhili is one of the most prosperous and richest areas in the northern part of Zhejiang province. In each year an enormous number of business people and customers throughout the country come to the town for business. But at this time there is no any premium hotel in Zhili and its neighboring area and this canĄ¯t meet the customersĄ¯ demands for a better hotel. Also, Zhili and its nearby Nanxun, Qidou and Badou of Wujiang municipality are all the area whose economy are highly developed and the local people enjoy a high level of living standard and consumption. They are looking for a better place for meetings and dinner parties. Therefore, there an immediate need to build a highly starred hotel that can be a nice place for business negotiations and for recreation and entertainment. Now the local government has listed this project as the auxiliary one in the construction of the childrenĄ¯s clothes trading market and raw cotton fabrics trading market. The hotel has been regarded as the landmark project and it will play an important role in boost the township economic development and upgrade the urbanization level. Therefore, the local government has paid the project its great concern and support. Project Progress: Most of the project and its infrastructure facilities have been completed and now the project is at the final fitment of its interiors. Plan of Implementation: The total cost of the project is USD 12 million. The hotel site is selected at the golden location where the Town Administrative Center, the Conference and Expo Center and the Science Technology Culture Center are located, with a total construction area of 15,000 m2. The lake, green land and parking lot in the exterior of the hotel cover an area of 11,000 m2. The hotel is built with a five star standard and it is indeed a nice place for entertainment, recreation and business. The hotel building has five floors, the first floor is the lobby and western style restaurant, the second floor is the Chinese style restaurant and conference center which can accommodate 600 people and the third floor is the sauna and the recreation club, the forth and fifth floors are the guest rooms, where the guest rooms of all types totals 79 rooms. Financial Evaluation: After the hotel puts into operation, it will have an annual income of RMB 30 million with an annual profit of RMB 10 million. The payoff period is about 8 to 10 years. Co-operation Form: Joint Venture of Cooperative Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The cash input from the investors is sought. Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: As the hotel is on the golden location with three centers, there are great potentials that the property will appreciate. The local government has input RMB 10 million auxiliary capitals to beautify the environment on the exterior area of the hotel.
