Project Background and Conditions:
    Zhili is a famous town on production of children¡¯s clothes in China, highly developed on household production of children¡¯s clothes and nearly 70% of the population in the town engages in production of children¡¯s clothes and the related industry. In recent year, as the children¡¯s clothes industry is developing rapidly and the living standard in the town is increasingly improved, the local residents have attached more importance to the education of the next generation. At present in the town there are more than 4,600 kids who are at the ages for kindergarten. But the their education in the town is still at a low level, and only 2 public and 12 private kindergartens that accommodate 1,900 children are not able to meet the demands either on hardware facilities or on teachers¡¯ force. This is really not in conformity with the economic and social development of the town. Many parents desire to send their kids to receive premium education in the boarding kindergartens because the production of children¡¯s clothes is very seasonal and many of them have to work day and night to catch up the time. Every year there are 200 and more kids that are sent to the boarding kindergarten in Huzhou, thus it brings much of inconvenience into their living. In the next several years, Zhili will gather more business in its economic development and the urban population and numbers of kids will increase continuously. As a result, it is necessary to build a large kindergarten with a high level in Zhili and it will improve the relatively harsh conditions for children education in the town and upgrade the urban situation.
Project Progress: The project is now at the stage of infrastructure facilities construction.
Plan of Implementation: The total investment of the project is USD 5 million. The kindergarten at the downtown of Zhili covers a land of 70 mu, with a construction area of 23,000 m2.
Financial Evaluation: The annual profit of the project will achieve RMB 3.8 million with a pay-off period of 10 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The cash input from the foreign investor is desired.
