Project Background and Conditions:
    Founded in 1916, Huzhou Teacher¡¯s College Affiliated Elementary School is highly reputed and boasts profound cultural background with rich education experiences of more than 80 years. It is well known in Zhejiang province and used to be name the titles of Municipal Elementary School for Experiment, Municipal First Class Elementary School, Provincial Elementary School for Modern Education Technology Experiment and Provincial Top Hundred School for Education Research etc. The school has been highly praised for its high level education and quality by the society. More and more parents desire to send their children to this school for high quality education. But restricted by the limited scale of the school, it is not able to meet the demands of all parents. It is vitally necessary to expand its existing scale and give a full play for its education resources of excellence. Therefore, it is proposed to invest and build a large and high level elementary school for demonstration and experimental purposes, and serve Huzhou people with more excellent education.
Project Progress: The project has been listed in the key construction and development plan of Wuxing District.
Plan of Implementation: The project will cover a land of 150 mu, with a total investment of RMB 40 million, and build a new elementary school with 48 classes.
Financial Evaluation: The results of financial evaluation are satisfactory.
Co-operation Form: Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The cash input from the foreign investor is desired.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The local government will offer its best assistance and cooperation.
