Project Background and Conditions:
    The mechanical and automatic conveyor and sorting are an effective way to handle materials in the large logistic service center. In recent years, the Chinese logistics sector has gradually formed the third party logistics, and as a result, the distribution and delivery centers have been developed rapidly. Thus it brings new requirements of more adaptability for the conveyor and sorting systems and demands the system higher speed, more efficient and domestic made. In some developed countries the high speed sorting system has been developed rapidly. Among many types of sorting systems, the high-speed reciprocal sorting system is an advanced one. Our survey shows that there is no any report on the similar kind of products that have been made in China. This means we are the first in R&D and production of this product in China. In some important technical fields our application technologies takes the leadership.
Project Progress: The company has planned the second phase of technological reformation project.
Plan of Implementation: In order to make sure that the annual production output for high speed, automatic sorting systems can grow at a rate of 30 ¨C 50%, and meet the production demands for other high technology automatic logistics systems and further development efforts, the company plans to build a new steel structure workshop with an area of 1,000 m2 and related auxiliary facilities. The whole project will cost RMB 35 million.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We desire the foreign investor to input RMB 20 million in cash.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: Now the company has owned its factory, equipment, technology and brand.

The company is engaged in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of automatic logistics system, one of the earliest professional companies in China concerning consulting, design and planning, system integration, Equipment R&D and manufacturing, installation and start-up, training and service in the logistics field. The company is also the member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering and Chinese Logistics Association, and renown as one the high and new technology enterprises of Zhejiang province.
