Project Background and Conditions:
    Hefu Lake Phoenix Islet reposed on the southern tourist development zone of Huzhou, is one of the large natural lake in Zhejiang. The central islet on the lake is opposites to the Dragonhead Hill at the other side of the lake. Hefu town with a long history is renowned for its galaxy of talents in Chinese history. The natural landscape and cultural attractions and its location advantage make the project very unique in the region. On the east it neighbors the historically famous town Nanxun and on the south it echoes the summer resort Mogan Mountain, while on the north it can link with the tourist attraction Taihu Lake Manor.
Plan of Implementation: The project will cover a land of 400 mu, with total construction area of 50,000 m2, and build a recreational center and villas for holiday-spending. The project will serve the tourists and travelers from home and abroad.
Financial Evaluation: The project will invest RMB 200 million (USD 25 million).
