Project Background and Conditions:
    As a famous water town in the South of Yangtze River, Linghu abounds in rivers and lakes, where the bridges cross each other and human cultural attractions and beautiful natural sceneries everywhere. The project will give a full play of the rich tourist resources in Linghu and combine with the profound culture background, and link four natural villages into a scenic spot that covers an area of 20 km2 through the rivers and waterway. The tourists will visit all of these sites by the boats.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner:
1.The preliminary design of the project has been done by Zhejiang Pantianshu Art Design Institute in hangzhou.
2.A company in the name of Earth Tourist and Landscape Co. has been registered in Linghu and the investment for this project has started to be promoted.
3.Some sculptures of Chinese ancient folklores erected in the scenic spot have finished their design.
Plan of Implementation: The Boat Dwellers Project in the name of ¡°Fuxia Borough¡± is designed to totally cost RMB 600 million. The project will be implemented within four years and will build a wharf, the sculptures in some ancient Chinese folklores, restaurants, hotel and recreational facilities.
Financial Evaluation: Due to the project location close to hangzhou, Shanghai and Nanjing and other major cities, it is expected that the implementation of the project will attract enormous number of tourists who love the beautiful landscape where the land abounds in rivers and lakes.
Co-operation Form: Foreign Wholly Owned or Joint Venture
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The foreign investor will expect to cooperate with us to develop the rich natural eco-resources in Linghu and discover several thousand years of profound culture and folklores and rebuild the culture of ancient water town, its ancient bridges, ancient hamlets and folklores, carry forward the Chinese culture and traditions.
