Project Background and Conditions:
    Shanlian is the place where the famous Huzhou brush pens are made. The town boasts the profound cultural background and the obvious location advantages as a tourist destination. The infrastructure facilities are complete and the development of this project costs less comparatively.
Project Progress: At this time the formalities for land requisition on this project have finished and the framework of all roads in the park has been formed. The overall plan has passed the review from relevant authorities. The first and second phases of the project are now under way.
Plan of Implementation: The project will cover an area of 15.6 hectares with the total cost for the first phase of RMB 28.5 million, including Mengxi Park with Huzhou brush pen cultural attraction, Show Street of Huzhou Brush Pen Culture and cultural square etc.
Financial Evaluation: The Huzhou brush pens are the cultural carriers in the project and the brand advantages of the Capital of Brush Pens and Silkworm Town will be carried forward as well. Linking with the ancient towns Nanxun and Wuzhen and other attractions, it will be developed into a tourist project with a bright
future.
Co-operation Form: Foreign Wholly Owned or Cooperative
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: The foreign investor will expect to cooperate with Chinese counterpart on the development of Huzhou Brush Pen Culture Commercial Street and Mengxi Park.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese counterpart will assist in arranging the formalities for land transfer and land certificate and all formalities in the construction. The land cost will be negotiable depending upon the scale of its investment. The project planning will be responsible by the Chinese counterpart.
