Project Background and Conditions:
    In Nanxun Economic Development Zone 100 foreign invested ventures and more than 50 foreign trade companies have been gathering. While the companies upgrade their levels, they demand better conditions for their offices and conference rooms. But at this time there is no any premium office plaza available for them in the area.
Project Progress: The project has been listed in the development outline of the development zone.
Plan of Implementation: The project with a construction area of 15,000 m2 will include a building for business and housing, a business center and a service center.
Financial Evaluation: The total cost of the project is RMB 30 million, with a payoff period of 5 years.
Co-operation Form: Joint Venture or Cooperative
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The Chinese counterpart will assist in the arrangement of the related formalities.
Status of Chinese Partner: Naxun Newcity Investment Development Corporation of Huzhou Municipality, an affiliate unit of Zhejiang Provincial Nanxun Economic Development Zone, is engaged in raising construction funds for infrastructure facilities in the zone and the project development.
