Project Background and Conditions:
    The selected project is located at Digang, Hefu Town of Nanxun District, on the south 80 kilometers away from Hanghzou, on the south 150 kilometer away from Shanghai, and close to the No. 318 state highway, enjoying easy access either by land or by water transportation. Digang boasts its ancient village abounding with water having a history of more than 1,000 years. It is a renowned town in the region of southern Taihu lake where the ancient canal passes by. The town is surrounded by water, where the fishponds densely gather and the mulberry groves are everywhere. It is the only traditional eco-agricultural site that is preserved intact in China, where the mulberry groves and fishponds are highly concentrated.
Project Progress: The town river in the inner Gangdi town has been dredged and the corridors and the temple and other attractions in the outer Gangdi town have been renovated.
Plan of Implementation: The project will combine human culture with natural landscape into one. The profound background of the ancient town, the vicissitudes experienced by the town, the family culture, the passions of the river streets and the mulberry groves and fishponds, all of these will be the topics for the tours. The travelers and tourists will experience the passions in the land of rivers and lakes in the South of Yangtze River Region, and taste the banquets with a thousand of freshwater fishes and feel how the local farmers work on their land.
Financial Evaluation: The total cost of the project is RMB 200 million, with an annual income of RMB 100 million and an annual profit of RMB 40 million.

Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The complete information concerning the tourist resort planning of Digang is available upon request. The project sponsor will offer all relevant service to the investor who is interested in the project.
Status of Chinese Partner: The project sponsor is Nanxun District Hefu Town Government of Huzhou Municipality.
