Project Background and Conditions:
The further development of the southwestern section in Huzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone is underway. The western industrial section in the southwest has finished its development while the eastern part neighboring the previous urban area has started its development in the second half of the year 2004. At this time there are several major projects that have entered into the section, such as Jiangnan Motorcycles Trading Market, Provision Trade Market and Wenzhou Business City etc. The development strategies are to build the southwestern section into a demonstration spot of the modern industrial city. As a result, we plan to build a new large supermarket on the east of the second ring road that covers a land of 30 mu. This project as an auxiliary one links with the commercial and residential region under development.
Project Progress: The feasibility study for the project has been done.
Plan of Implementation: The project will build a large supermarket with a construction area of not less than 30,000 m2.
Financial Evaluation: The total cost of the project is USD 15 million.
Co-operation Form: Foreign Wholly Owned
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: We are looking for the companies with internationally known merchant service brands.
