Project Background and Conditions:
    Huzhou neighbors Jiangsu and Anhui two provinces and is at the central area of Yangtze River Delta, with a total population of 2.57 million in the municipality. The central city of Huzhou municipality will become a big city with a population of 500,000. At present time there are only two comprehensive hospitals, one mental hospital, one hospital for women and children and one army comprehensive hospital in the central city, whose medical service has radiated to the neighboring provinces. Many patients from Anhui, Jiangsu and other area nearby Huzhou come to Huzhou for medical service. But there is no any professional hospital for ophthalmology operated in Huzhou and the demands for such a kind of hospital exist and the market potentials are obvious. The establishment of a professional hospital for ophthalmology will have a bright future in the market.
Plan of Implementation: The proposed hospital will have 120 sickbeds, with clinic and emergency call service, inpatient department other auxiliary facilities.
Co-operation Form: Joint Stock Cooperative System
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: At this time we can contribute the human resources and facilities, i.e. the ophthalmologists in the existing hospitals and medical devices.
