Project Background and Conditions:
    In order to speed up the renovation for the central city of Huzhou, beautify the urban environment and upgrade the level of the city, it is proposed to make reformation for the Land Block A around the urban river in conjunction with the renovation of the old city in the South Street northern extension project that is implemented at the same time.
Project Progress: The project planning has been finished and the renovation project and the relocation plan for the residents in the project site has been reported to the relevant authorities by the Municipal Urban Construction Development Corporation.
Plan of Implementation: The total area for the renovation project covers 25.55 hectares. The project construction includes schools, industrial storage, public facilities, housing, commercial finance, administration office, entertainment, education scientific research etc.
Financial Evaluation: The total area for the renovation project covers 25.55 hectares and the total construction area 290,105 m2, of which 89,075 m2 is for housing, 174,930 m2 for commercial and finance purposes, 3,100 m2 for public facilities, 23,000 m2 for schools, with a volume rate of 1.135.
Co-operation Form: Transfer for the land use rights.
Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: After relocating the residents on the area, the use rights of the land will be on public bidding, auction and listing.
Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The project will enjoy all of the preferential policy available for the foreign invested ventures in Huzhou if any foreign investor involves in the project.
Status of Chinese Partner: The project sponsor is Huzhou Municipal Land Reserve Center.
