Industry: Real Estate Project Background and Conditions: In order to speed up the renovation for the central city of Huzhou, beautify the urban environment and upgrade the level of the city, it is proposed to make reformation for the Land Block C around the urban river. Project Progress: The project planning has been done and the relocation plan for the residents in the project site has been reported to the relevant authorities by the Municipal Land Reserve Center. Plan of Implementation: The project land covers 19.5 hectare. The project construction will include public green land, housing, commercial finance, administration office and entertainment etc. Financial Evaluation: The total area of the project land covers 19.5 hectares, the reserved land area 10.57 hectares, the newly solicited usable land 8.93 hectares, and the land area for transfer with compensations in the new solicited usable land covers 3.98 hectares. Co-operation Form: The land use rights will be transferred. Collaboration to Be Sought from Foreign Partner: After relocating the residents on the area, the use rights of the land will be on public bidding, auction and listing. Preferential Conditions Contributed by Chinese Partner: The project will enjoy all of the preferential policy available for the foreign invested ventures in Huzhou if any foreign investor involves in the project. Status of Chinese Partner: The project sponsor is Huzhou Municipal Land Reserve Center.
