Project Background and Conditions:
    To build and beautify the No. 318 state highway is an important event in our municipality. It will improve the ecological environment and investment conditions of Huzhou, upgrade the city tastes and boost the urbanization. The renovation project for the state highway Nanxun section will realize its commercial development values.
Project Progress: The project feasibility study report has been approved.
Plan of Implementation: The project will remove a residential area of 82,000 m2 and commercial area of 39,200 m2 along 10.9 km long section for the highway in Nanxun. The water piping and power lines of 43,600 m long will be placed underground and a green land of 400,000 m2 will be built. The total investment for this project amounts RMB 805.7 million.
Co-operation Form: Cooperative or Joint Venture
Status of Chinese Counterpart: Nanxun New City Investment and Development Corporation is an affiliated unit of Nanxun Economic Development Zone. The company is engaged in capital collection and project development for infrastructure facilities in the development zone.
